Ebenezer Norman

Ebenezer Norman, is a recently elected Global Goodwill Ambassador (GGA) , Liberian born American philanthropist, children’s advocate and the founder/director of A New Dimension of Hope. Norman received his executive education at Harvard University in Leading Economic Growth. He obtained a B.A. in Organization Development and Master in Economic Development from Regis University. Norman has served as a leader for various organizations, including the “Father’s Project.” In 2013, he was a nominee of the World of Children award. His passion and commitment to change the world is what drives Norman daily. He has sacrificed tremendously to launch and maintain A New Dimension of Hope and has dramatically impacted the future scholastic opportunities for his first selected Liberian community.

Dian McMillen

Dian McMillen, a previous business owner, lends expertise to our business operations and management. Along with her technical aptitude and fundamental ideas, she helps structure our organization. She is a strong human rights advocate who firmly believes everyone should have the right to an education. Her purpose is to bridge the gap for those who don't have the same opportunities, with an objective to make a difference on a larger scale. Dian likes to get to the root of issues while making a tangible and lasting impact and one way she seeks to do that is through sustainable development. Her work with ND Hope transfers beautifully into her passionate advocacy work, allowing for connections while contributing to a cause and building a community. Her hope is to impact everyone in a positive way and shift perspective by spreading love and positivity. Dian’s hobbies include yoga, reading, and being out in nature.

Dr. Carole Hruskocy

Dr. Carole Hruskocy’s expertise includes curriculum, instruction, assessment, instructional design, adult education, online teaching and learning, and instructional technology. She has many publications and conference presentations at the national and international level. Her background in teaching and learning spans over 30 years. She first taught elementary school for 10 years and for an additional 10 years, served as a Professor of Education overseeing two master-level, online programs in the areas of Instructional Technology and Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment. Dr. Hruskocy has worked as an instructional designer at the corporate and higher education levels; she also consults as an instructional designer. Additionally, she has mentored doctoral students as both a committee member and doctoral chair.

Her international experience includes Education Lead of a curriculum redesign for Jesuit Worldwide Learning where she led a team of course developers through the redesign of a 5-course sequence to be offered online to students in refugee camps. Dr. Hruskocy is currently an Associate Director for Diversity and Inclusive Pedagogy.
